AJIT THE FIREMAN....
One boring monotonous afternoon lab that just might have been another lab untill the fire broke out. To my delight one of the controls experiment caught fire.
I still dont understand what is so mesmerising about fire that makes people freeze up and watch it burn away rather than doing something about it.
Back to where i was- The water present in the heater dried up due to a compressor malfunction and the system overheated and caught fire. I hit the emergency stop cutting off the power but this did not stop the fire. Then I got to do what every guy would love to do since he was a kid... Ajit the Fireman...
The red fire extinguisher kept in every office ,home and cinema had always been the apple, tempting to be opened and used. Who would not want to break open the glass and then spray away to glory. I just love spraying stuff, spraying deo , shaving foam and hopefully more fire extinguishers.
There i was on a tuesday afternoon spraying away to gloryliquid C02. The only regret in the this whole exersise is that i should have let the fire burn a little more so that we whouldnt have to do the darned experiment ever.....
