Back home…

This is one blog that will be truly appreciated by all the students studying in hostels.

Done with my intership I packed by bags and took off …off all the way home to Hyderabad.. the feeling of going home overcomes the small stuff that come along the camry drop and also the turbulence that was so amazing … I always wonder why turbulence scares people out.. it is the one exciting thing that ever happens in a passenger aircraft..

One also cant help wondering why the airhostesses are so artificial .. it is so right on your face.. the way they smile and the way they talk to u it is such a big farce… there is not even a bit of honesty there.. they make it so professional …phoh[oiafeg

One thing you will fall in love with when u come to hyd in the monsoon is the weather .. tht amazing weather .. there is always a slight drizzle .. and u cant see the sun even at midday the weather is so cold.. not too chilly or not too humid.. the perfect weather to play football..

In school we would pray to god for such weather .. then when such a miracle happens we end up playing footer in the slush… jumping in the puddles trying to spill water on other .. . this hardly matters as everyone is already drenched…

The first week at home is always the best.. everyone at home tries to make u feel at home and they do that extra thing to let the sincere student who has come back after a year of education hang up his books and have a ballast at home .. there is no night curfew and there is always food waiting for u to eat …the best part is that everyone at home think that the hollowed look u have on ur face due to some extra movies watched o n the last day and the night out in the train is due to night outs put for the end sems ..so mom is always on ur back asking u to sleep it off..

There are o chores to do and all the things tht u are supposed to do like folding blankets and tiding up your room are easily excused ..

Then the week that follows is the week where your mom suggests that u start doing some work and then she send u on small errands like get the vegetables and pick up ur grandparents up etc etc….there are also hints of a night curfew…

Then comes the penultimate phase where u are locked up and fed like a 10 year old…this is the worst phase in the holidays and the most avoided.. here is when u are running low on funds and u are under total control..

Ten comes the last phase and u are about to leave ..in this phase u exploit the fact that you are leaving and senti maar that u wont be able to do all the things u want do and there is this world famous line “last week ma u wont be able to see me for another year ..why do u want to send me off with a fight”
